Flow Masters Plumbing is an excellent company with in depth knowledge of Solar hot water and heating systems. When our water heating system went down, Connor diagnosed our problem and provided us with a solution. Gustavo, Roberto and Daniel did an excellent job in installing a new system. From beginning to end, the team's professionalism and knowledge made it easy for us to follow and we now have a new system that will last us for many years to come. Thank you for your help!

I can't say enough good things about the excellent service and follow up that I received from Flow Masters. When I first called, they scheduled a prompt visit to assess an issue with my radiant floor heating system and provided an estimate within the next 2 days. Connor took the time to explain the issue to me and what would be involved in doing the repair. I felt that the estimate was fair and reasonable. Two technicians came out to do the work at the scheduled time and explained all of the steps, even taking photos to show me where the problem was and how they fixed it. They were able to answer all of my questions. Despite testing my radiant floor heating system, for some reason I did not have heat the evening after their visit. I called the next day and they sent someone out that afternoon to investigate and solve that issue. The next week, I found a pool of water leaking out from my laundry room. It was already after 5 pm but Connor came over to assess the problem. He spent over an hour tracking down what was going on and identified an issue inside one of the laundry room walls. He stabilized the issue and arranged to have one of his technicians come out the next day to do the repair. What I can't get over is how responsive and informative Connor and all of his technicians were. That Connor came out after hours and sent a technician the very next day is incredible service. The receptionist was also helpful and responsive. I will definitely be using Flow Master Plumbing in the future and highly recommend them.

Our experience with Flow Masters started off a bit rocky due to a two-hour delay on an appointment and unexpected complications when what seemed like a simple toilet tank fix turned into a larger issue involving two cracked, specialized tanks that required retrofitting with a particular model. However, when I expressed my concerns and frustration, Flow Masters truly stepped up. They took full accountability and worked quickly to resolve the situation, ensuring my clients were not just satisfied but genuinely happy with the outcome. Their professionalism and dedication to making things right left me extremely grateful for their team and the value of our partnership. What a great experience overall! The team at Flow Masters not only came out for inspection during a pouring rain when no other companies were willing to, but also they went above and beyond to accommodate on the repairs given our tight schedule etc. The technician Jeremy Bowen was very experienced, capable and thorough, quick to pinpoint a tricky issue (after several other companies failed to), while double checking all the related parts just to make sure nothing was overlooked. Additionally, he was incredibly kind, went extra miles to help out, and was extremely patient to answer our many questions. The way he cares for his clients was truly heart-warming. People at the office were all a breeze to deal with, efficient and polite, offering first class customer service. Mantaya the office manager especially so, made herself available after hours, and was willing to be flexible with our unique situations. Highly recommended!!! Any plumbing issues they will be our first call! A++++++++++

I was able to speak to a live representative when I called to make an appointment. I was scheduled right away for service. The communication via text and email was timely. The technician was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to solve my problem that day and offered optional upgrades and solutions to other issues he noted. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and professionalism of the team at Flow Masters to.fix an issue with my boiler in San Francisco. Communication was timely, professional and transparent. Connor and Gustavo were exceptionally friendly and took the time to explain things and properly diagnose my issue. Prices were fair (for SF). I've had bad experiences with other plumbers in the past, so this was surprisingly better.

I had a Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor & Shutoff device that I needed help installing. I was able to quickly talk to someone on the phone and schedule someone to come out and install device within a day. AJ was communicative about the whole process and helped out with making sure that the app was properly set up for me. All in all, this was a great experience.

Alberto was great. He was punctual, communicative, and very friendly. He quickly identified the issue with our water heater and fixed the issue immediately. He was also super sweet to our dog! Highly recommend him and his organization. Next time we have any plumbing issues, we are sure to call Flow Masters again!
